Building Crane

Picture
I've been working in the city centre recently where the skyline has many construction cranes. The old Set C and Set 400 included builders cranes but not of the design I see in use here so that is the type I have built.

Technical Tips
Just like in the wharf crane I built a few years ago, the worm gear is necessary to support the weight of the crane's jib. Also, just as in the real cranes, I found that a counter-weight was necessary which is the two blue bases held together by a pair of fish-plates. Inside this box I've put some coins to act as the counter-weight.
